Gide Loyrette Nouel has welcomed anti-counterfeiting expert Daniel Plane to the firm's Hong Kong office as an associate. Plane was formerly senior anti-counterfeiting manager for LVMH Fashion Group Pacific in Hong Kong and previously managed Nokia's brand protection programme in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also worked as a senior China intellectual property (IP) associate with a large US law firm in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
