Main contents: For re-import in the form of general trade of exported products whose country of origin is China, all local departments in charge of commerce shall, from the date of issue of this Circular, treat it as general trade, and issue licences for the import of goods involving licences according to their level of authority, and shall no longer issue approval certificates for the import of goods not involving licences.
