Main contents: The Measures stipulate that wages should be paid in the official currency (Item Three). Employers should pay wages at least once a month and provide the employees with their wage records (Items Five and Six). The Measures also detail the payment of wages in the case of termination or rescission of labour contracts, holidays, overtime work and bankruptcy.
