Main Contents: The directors, supervisors and senior management personnel of listed companies and other informed persons of insider information may not purchase or sell the company's shares within 30 days prior to the disclosure of 2007 annual reports and 10 days prior to the announcement of the annual results or business result preview. The grant and exercise of company share options and the grant of restricted shares may not be conducted within the aforementioned time period (Article 1).
