Main Contents: According to the Notice, the upper limits of compensation for insured motor vehicles with liability in a road traffic accident shall be: Rmb110,000 for death and disability, Rmb10,000 for medical fees, and Rmb2,000 for property loss. The upper limits of compensation for insured motor vehicle without any liability in a road traffic accident shall be: Rmb11,000 for death and disability, Rmb1,000 for medical fees, and Rmb100 for property loss.
