From Melbourne to Beijing for Mallesons partner

Mallesons Stephen Jaques has transferred senior finance partner David Olsson from Melbourne to the Beijing office for further development in the firm’s financial services and corporate practice in China. Experienced in capital markets and securities, Olsson has been one of the firm’s managing partners for years.

Mallesons has also appointed Minny Siu as a banking and finance partner at its Hong Kong office. Siu specialises in structured products, equity derivatives and debt capital markets. She has also acted for a wide variety of investment banks on securities offering in the region and OTC transactions.
