Allen & Overy has announced the relocation of Yvonne Siew, a partner at the Derivatives & Structured Finance group in London, to the Hong Kong office. Siew has been involved in a wide range of derivatives and structured finance transactions, with extensive experience of repackaging, collateralised debt obligations, and credit and equity-linked structured securities for leading investment houses. She also advises the United Kingdom Debt Management Office, an executive agency of HM Treasury.
