As part of its increased presence in Asia, Heller Ehrman has added an international trade team to its Washington, D.C. office. The four lawyers making up Heller Ehrman’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice group as shareholders are William H. Barringer, Daniel L. Porter, James P. Durling and Christopher Dunn. They were formerly partners in the Washington, D.C. office of Vinson & Elkins.

The trade team will work with foreign corporations in antidumping, countervailing duty and other trade remedy investigations. The team also advises governments and businesses on international trade negotiations as well as trade policy disputes.
