北京市在京设立外商投资股权投资基金管理企业暂行办法
The registered capital of a foreign-invested equity investment fund management enterprise shall not be less than US$2 million.
外商投资的股权投资基金管理企业注册资本应不低于200万美元。

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to the State Council, Official Reply on Consenting to Supporting the Establishment of the National Innovation Model Park in the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park (Guo Han [2009] No.28), the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Opinion on Promoting the Development of the Financial Sector in the Capital (Jing Fa [2008] No.8), the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Opinion on Promoting the Economic Development of the Capital with Financial Policies (Jing Zheng Fa [2009] No.7) and the Opinion on Promoting the Development of the Equity Investment Fund Industry (Jing Jin Rong Ban [2009] No.5) in order to promote the development of the equity investment fund industry in the capital and encourage foreign investors to establish foreign-invested equity investment fund management enterprises in Beijing.
第一条 为促进首都股权投资基金业发展，鼓励外国投资者在北京设立外商投资的股权投资基金管理企业，根据《国务院关于同意支持中关村科技园区建设国家自主创新示范区的批复》（国函〔2009〕28号）、《中共北京市委北京市人民政府关于促进首都金融业发展的意见》（京发〔2008〕8号）、《北京市人民政府关于金融促进首都经济发展的意见》（京政发〔2009〕7号）和《关于促进股权投资基金业发展的意见》（京金融办〔2009〕5号），制定本办法。
Article 2: These Measures shall be implemented on a trial basis in the Zhongguancun National Innovation Model Park.
Article 3: Foreign companies, enterprises, other economic organisations and natural persons may establish equity investment fund management enterprises in accordance with the law in the form of Sino-foreign equity joint ventures with Chinese companies, enterprises and other economic organisations or, alternatively, establish equity investment fund management enterprises in accordance with the law in the form of wholly foreign-owned enterprises.
第三条 外国公司、企业和其他经济组织或者自然人可以同中国的公司、企业、其他经济组织以中外合资形式依法设立股权投资基金管理企业，也可以外商独资形式依法设立股权投资基金管理企业。
