The 2008 China Summit will focus on the legal aspects of investing and doing business in China. It will tackle key issues such as international trade, corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, project finance, and dispute resolution. It will also address the challenges of implementing Chinese strategies for regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, IP protection and the procurement of legal services. Sessions will combine keynote addresses with panel discussions led by lawyers from law firms, senior members of in-house counsel and invited dignitaries.
