Applicability: For the purposes of the Regulations, the High and New Technology Industrial Park of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (the Park) is the industrial area established in Shenzhen Bay and other economic areas so demarcated by Shenzhen City People's Government with the approval of the State Council and for development of high and new technology industries (Article 2).
