Main contents: In response to the Shanghai Municipality, Questions Relevant to Re-Investment by Sino-foreign Equity Joint Ventures to Establish Domestic Investment Advertising Enterprises Instruction Request, the Reply states that Sino-foreign investment enterprises investing in the advertising industry in China shall complete relevant reporting and examination procedures in accordance with the Establishment of Foreign Investment Advertising Enterprises Several Provisions. There is usually no restriction on the investment ratio.
