Applicability: For the purposes of the Measures, "examination of working drawings and design documents for construction projects" means an independent examination of any working drawing and design document by an examination work unit appointed by the administrative department in charge of construction for the purpose of determining whether it complies with structural safety and compulsory standards and codes (Article 2).
