Foreign satellite TV channels may be broadcasted in designated venues receiving persons from abroad with state approval.

(Promulgated by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television on December 26 2001 and effective as of February 1 2002.)

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated in order to strengthen the administration of the landing of foreign satellite television channels.
