Applicability: The Measures apply to water resources and dyke projects in Chongqing that are financed wholly or jointly with other parties by the State, enterprises or institutions or financed by other investment methods, including flood prevention, drainage, irrigation, power generation and water supply (other than water supply to urban areas) projects (including new, continual, expanding or retrofitting projects).
