Applicability: The Measures are applicable to the invitation and submission of tenders for construction project legal persons of the National Sports Stadium, the National Sports Gymnasium, the National Swimming Centre, the Exhibition Centre, the Olympic Village and the ancillary commercial facilities thereof, the Wukesong Cultural and Sports Centre and the Olympic Water Park.
