Article 1: These Provisions have been formulated in accordance

第一条为适应中国加入世界贸易组织的新形势，进一步扩大旅游业对外开放，促进旅行社业发展，根据中国外商投资企业的相关法律、《旅行社管理条例》及有关规定，制定本《规定》。
