Main contents: The Circular puts forward a list of directive items aiming to improve the real property market. Such directive items include improving the construction and administration of low-cost residential premises, increasing the supply of ordinary commodity residential premises, controlling the construction of luxury commodity premises, vitalizing the secondary market for residential premises, strengthening the regulation of property loans, macroeconomic control of the land market, and rectification and regulation of the order of the property market.
