State Council, Reform of the Current Export Tax Rebate Mechanism Decision

Main contents: The Decision states that the rates of export tax rebates are to be adjusted according to different types of products. The rates of tax rebates of exports encouraged by the state are not to be lowered or are lowered by a smaller amount. Those of ordinary exports are to be lowered appropriately and those of exports restricted by the state and some resource-type products are to be lowered further or cancelled.
