Applicability: The Procedures apply to the monitoring and assessment of non-performing assets of commercial banks and their branches and sub-branches by the regulatory authorities of the CBRC (Article 2).
Main contents: The Procedures concern the monitoring, analysis and assessment of non-performing assets. Sources and analyses of data and information, and time for submitting the assessment reports, as well as liabilities for the management and regulation of non-performing assets.
