Main contents: The Decision states that the assignment of the pre-sold commodity residential premises bought by a pre-purchaser must have obtained a real property ownership certificate after the completion of the construction of the premises. Registration of the assignment of pre-sold commodity premises before the obtaining of the real property ownership certificate is not allowed (Item One). Pre-notice registration of assignment of commodity premises other than residential commodity premises may be carried out before obtaining the real property ownership certificate (Item Two).
