Applicability: Residents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have acquired national lawyer qualifications should be dealt with according to relevant State provisions if they want to practise as lawyers in Shenzhen (Article 9).
Main contents: The initial start-up funds for establishing a law firm with legal person status as well as the establishment of partnership law firms have been reduced from not less than Rmb300,000 and not less than Rmb200,000, respectively, to not less than Rmb100,000 in both cases (Articles 18 and 19).
