Main contents: The Notice permits foreign-invested life insurance companies to provide health insurance, group insurance and old-age pension/pension insurance businesses; removes the geographical restrictions on establishment of foreign-invested insurance institutions; and stipulates that the ratio of foreign investment shares for the establishment of equity joint insurance brokerages may be up to 51%.
