Ministry of Commerce and State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Issues Relevant to the Registration and Administration of International Freight Forwarding Agencies Circular

Main contents: After abolishing the examination and approval of the business qualifications required for international freight forwarding agencies, departments in charge of commerce shall no longer carry out examination and approval of the qualifications of agencies applying for engaging in international freight forwarding business. Applicants may apply directly to the administration for industry and commerce at the place where the applicant is located for registration. Relevant business may not be conducted without registration (Item One).
