Applicability: For the purposes of these Procedures, the term "enterprise credit information collection" refers to the business activities entrusted by citizens, legal persons or other organizations of providing credit information collection products such as investigations, assessments or rating reports concerning enterprise credit standing through gathering and processing of enterprise credit information.
