State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Adjustment of the Jurisdiction Concerning the Registration of Some of the Foreign-invested Enterprises Circular

Main contents: Foreign-invested enterprises of the restricted category with registered capital of less than US$6 million that were under the jurisdiction of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for registration will from now on be subject to the jurisdiction of the authorized authority for registration in the locality of the enterprise, among which, foreign-invested companies limited by shares will be subject to the jurisdiction of the provincial-level registration authority in the locality of the enterprise.
