Applicability: The term 'entertainment premises' refers to premises that are profit-oriented, open to public and where consumers enjoy singing, dancing and recreation, etc. (Article 2).
Main contents: Foreign investors may establish Sino-foreign equity and cooperative joint venture entertainment premises with Chinese investors in accordance with the law but may not establish wholly foreign-owned entertainment premises
(Article 6).
