Supreme People's Court, Circular on Establishment of a Record Filing System for Judicial Recognition of Well-known Trademarks

Main contents: From the date of the issue of this Circular, all higher people's courts shall, in respect of cases within their jurisdictions involving recognition of well-known trademarks for which the legal document has taken effect, submit the legal documents and statistics report to the Supreme People's Court for the record (Article 2).
