Main Contents: Hong Kong and Macao air transport sales agencies qualified to be Hong Kong and Macao service providers shall be permitted to establish equity or cooperative joint ventures or wholly-owned air transport sales agencies in the mainland. The registered capital requirements will be identical as those placed on mainland enterprises (Article 1).
