Hong Kong and Macao lawyers allowed to engage in certain contentious cases in mainland China.

Promulgated: December 22 2006
Effective: January 1 2007

Main Contents: Article 14 of the Measures is revised to allow Hong Kong and Macao residents approved to practise in the mainland to engage in Hong Kong or Macao-related matrimonial and succession contentious cases as a procurator and enjoy the same practising rights as mainland lawyers.
