The judicial interpretation of China's Anti-unfair Competition Law(中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法) made by the Supreme People's Court came into effect on February 1 2007.
"The SPC's judicial interpretation is based on the court proceedings of numerous unfair competition cases heard over the last decade," an SPC spokesman told Xinhua.
