    Yuan Da Law Offices in Shanghai and US law firm McDermott Will & Emery have entered into a strategic alliance that will allow them to share partners. The US firm will also license its name to the Shanghai office, which will be known as MWE China Law Offices. In addition, McDermott will invest in communications equipment for the Shanghai office, as well as send its lawyers to Shanghai periodically and co-host business seminars. MWE China will practice Chinese law and represent both multinational and local companies.
