Gide Loyrette Nouel's Hong Kong legal team, led by Fabrice Turries, advised A¨¦roport de Paris on the sale of its entire stake in Beijing Capital International Airport Company Limited (BCIA) for around US$255 million, working in collaboration with Herbert Smith. The Hong Kong-listed BCIA runs Beijing Airport. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton acted as the legal advisor to A¨¦roports de Paris in France.
