Regulations for the Administration of Commercial Franchising

商业特许经营管理条例

This law introduces some new regulations with respect to new and existing franchising businesses, and stipulates the requirement of information disclosure by a franchisor to a franchisee.

Article 1: These Regulations have been formulated to regulate commercial franchising activities, promote the healthy and orderly development of commercial franchising and safeguard the market order.
