    Following the appointment of two former King & Wood partners in March 2007, most of the lawyers from Jun yi Law Office recently joined Jun He Law Offices. Jun Yi, a leading local firm in the fields of project finance, construction, infrastructure, banking and foreign direct investment, had been considering joining a larger platform, while Jun He had been looking for a way to add expertise in these same areas.

    “We are very happy they came on board,” says Jun He partner Kirk Ke Tong, noting that the partners and associates had a long-standing and positive relationship with those at Jun He. “Quality wise, they are very consistent,” he said.
