Main Contents: The Circular states that in the initial stage, the companies that participate in the pilot projects of the offering of corporate bonds shall be limited to companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and domestic companies limited by shares that issue overseas-listed foreign investment shares.
