O'Melveny & Myers represented China Commerce Services (Redbaby), a retailer of mother and baby products, in its US$25 million Series 'C' round financing by Kleiner Perkins, NEA and Northern Light. The O'Melveny team included Shanghai partner Kurt Berney, Beijing counsel David Roberts, with support from Beijing partner Larry Sussman on tax matters.
