International Elite targets IPO on GEM in Hong Kong

International Elite Ltd, a Hong Kong-based outsourcing company providing customer relationship management services, will make an initial public offering [IPO] on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Sidley Austin represented Daiwa Securities SMBC as the sole sponsor, bookrunner, and lead manager on the IPO.
