    DLA Piper has announced that Alastair Da Costa, former EMEA Head of Corporate, will be the Managing Director of Asia, taking over Nick Seddon's role of more than four years.

    Alastair is a corporate lawyer specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions [M&A] who has been with the firm since 1992. He has also been a UK and global board member at DLA Piper.
