Threshold for Hong Kong and Macao investment in mainland medical institutions lowered.

Effective: January 1 2008

Main contents: Item One of the Supplementary Provisions states that the total investment in establishing Sino-foreign and cooperative joint medical institutions on the mainland by Hong Kong and Macao service providers shall not be less than Rmb10 million.
