New partner for DLA Piper Shanghai
DLA Piper announced that Ghislain de Mareuil, a corporate specialist, has joined the Shanghai office as partner. Mareuil is experienced in advising European companies and organisations on PRC investment and Chinese companies with business interests in the European Union. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ghislain worked as a management consultant with an international business consultancy and as a non-governmental organization deputy coordinator.


Regional Managing Shareholder appointment for Heller Ehrman
Heller Ehrman announced that Nick Seddon, who led the expansion of DLA Piper's practice in Asia, is planning to join Heller Ehrman in early summer as the firm's Regional Managing Shareholder. Until recently, Seddon was DLA Piper's Managing Director for Asia.
