The State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) has recently promulgated the Guidelines on Strengthen Environmental Protection Inspections of Listed Companies (Guidelines), which impose restrictions on highly-polluting enterprises applying for listing on domestic stock markets and applying for refinancing.
