Main Contents: Administrations for industry and commerce shall lower the minimum registered capital of general service enterprises to Rmb30,000 unless stipulated otherwise by laws, administrative regulations or administrative permission established pursuant to law, and shall work towards relaxing the criteria on business premises, investor qualifications and business scopes (Item (3), Article 2).
