    Salans catches up with the market pace by opening more branches in Asia
    While its Shanghai office continues to expand, Salans will open new offices in Beijing and Hong Kong. The firm's Beijing office will provide the base for the firm to develop its foreign direct investment and M&A business in north-east China.

    Bernd-Uwe Stucken, co-managing partner of Salans' China region, said that the teams in China will respond to the country's new phase of development as the market becomes more mature and complex.
