Private equity firm Olympus Capital has invested US$100 million in Zhongwang International Group. Olympus Capital will appoint one director to the board of Zhongwang following the investment.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison advised Olympus Capital, while Richards Butler advised Zhongwang.
