Applicability: For the purposes of these Measures, the term “foreign-invested mineral exploration enterprise” means a foreign-invested enterprise registered in China in accordance with relevant laws and engaging in investment in mineral (here and hereinafter excluding petroleum, natural gas and coal bed gas) exploration and related activities (Article 2).
