    Cleary Gottlieb adds China practice partner

     

    Megan Tang has joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as partner. Tang will focus on the firm's China practice, including advising on capital markets transactions for investment banking and corporate clients in China and throughout Asia.

     

    Dechert strengthens Asia practice

     

    Michael Hickman, Liang Tsui, and David Chu have joined Dechert as the firm's corporate and securities partners. Hickman and Tsui joined from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and Chu joined from Heller Ehrman.
