Effective: November 1 2008

Main Contents: The export tax rebate rate of certain textile products, apparels and toys shall be increased to 14% (Article 1). Articles 3 and 4 state that the export tax rebate rates for certain plastic products shall be increased to 9% and certain furniture 11% or 13%.
