Online careers and recruitment resource Monster Worldwide (Monster) has acquired ChinaHR, an online recruitment company in China.

Monster paid US$174 million for the remaining 55% stake in ChinaHR. Monster had previously acquired 45% of ChinaHR and made other loans to the company, for a total of US$95 million.
