The Citelum Group, a subsidiary of Veolia Environment and EDF, has won a place in a unique public private partnership managing urban lighting in Kunming, Yunnan province.
The project aims to meet significant energy-saving targets, and will eventually cover 50,000 lighting points in Kunming.
A team from Gide Loyrette Nouel, led by Beijing partner Stephane Vernay, advised Citelum on the deal. Yun Zhi Nan Law Firm advised the City Management Bureau of Kunming.
